Office hours:<\/strong> You can reach us by phone between 10:00\u201318:00 on weekdays and Saturdays, as well as during cruises, from May to September. From October to April, we only respond to enquiries via email.<\/p>

Online booking:<\/strong> Closes two hours before the scheduled cruise.<\/p>

Cancellations:<\/strong> Call +358 457 345 6030<\/a><\/strong> during office hours or email info@sunnan.ax<\/strong><\/a> if you need to cancel your cruise.<\/p>

Changes and cancelled cruises:<\/strong><\/p>

Prices and timetables may be subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel cruises at short notice or on the day of departure due to weather, technical issues or insufficient bookings. In the event of a cancelled cruise, a full refund will be issued for any prepayment made.<\/p>

Pets:<\/strong> Pets are only permitted onboard when the entire vessel has been chartered or when a private saloon has been booked.<\/p>

Smoking:<\/strong> Permitted in the designated area on deck.<\/p>

Payment:<\/strong> You can pay by cash or card onboard. Companies may pay by invoice, subject to prior agreement.<\/p>

Cancellation policy<\/h2>
Cancellations for groups of up to 8 people<\/h5>

Cancellations for bookings of up to 8 people on a regular cruise must be made at least 14 days before departure.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure will not be refunded.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or no-shows will be invoiced for the full value of the booking (100%) \u2014 any prepayment will be deducted. Exceptions may be made in cases such as illness, subject to a medical certificate.<\/p>

Cancellations for groups of 9 or more<\/h5>

Cancellations for bookings of 9 or more people on a regular cruise must be made at least 14 days before departure.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 14 days before departure will not be refunded.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure will be invoiced for the full value of the booking (100%).<\/p>

Cancellations for chartered vessels<\/h5>

Cancellations for chartered vessels should be made at least 30 days before departure. Late cancellations will be invoiced for 50% of the total booking value.<\/p>

Cancellations made less than 21 days before departure will be invoiced for the full value of the booking (100%).<\/p>

KEO Rederi AB (reg. no. 2996811-1) is the data controller for the personal data you provide to us through bookings and other contact with us, and is responsible for the processing of this data.<\/p>

Where is your personal data stored?<\/strong><\/p>

We aim to process your personal data within the European Economic Area (EEA) and all our own IT systems to the greatest extent possible, but data may also be transferred to and processed in a country outside the EEA (a so-called “third country”). Such transfers only take place to countries with an adequate level of protection and in accordance with applicable legislation. Where transfers are made to a partner providing a service in the USA, this only applies to companies covered by the so-called “Privacy Shield”, an agreement on the protection of personal data between the EU and the USA.<\/p>
